2021 Rising Conference Successfully Ends

On March 30, 2021 (Tuesday), the Company's 2021 Rise Up Conference was held at the New World Hotel.

This year is the 16th year of the company's establishment. This Rising Conference was held to strengthen the cohesion of the team and the company through internal activities.

The Rising Conference consists of two parts. In the first part of the report meeting, the general manager of bridge claw delivered an opening speech and shared with all the staff the concept of sustainable education for employees and the company's medium-term business policy to be implemented from April. After that, the ministers issued the performance report for 2020 and the performance target for 2021. Later, outstanding newcomers and outstanding Japanese students in 2020 were commended.

In the second part of the fraternity, everyone practiced the western food etiquette learned in advance. While enjoying the delicious food, they enhanced the communication and exchange between each other.

Finally, all the staff together, with the future will be more united, continue to full of mental state and work enthusiasm, and work together with the company to "become the most valuable company" and strive for the mood, with the Japanese-style "one-to-one" successfully concluded the rally.
