BIM Talent Development
In recent years, as the adoption of BIM in the construction industry has been advancing rapidly, our company has been actively working to improve employees' BIM skills
with a view to strengthening our competitiveness and expanding into the BIM market.
- Our company has been officially registered as a certified examination venue for the "BIM User Technical Examination" hosted by the General Incorporated Association for Computer Education Promotion (ACSP).
- This registration marks the first certified examination venue for the BIM User Technical Examination outside of Japan.
- On May 9, 2026, eleven of our employees took on the BIM User Technical Examination Level 2, achieving the outstanding result of a 100% pass rate.
- This examination was also the first time the BIM User Technical Examination has ever been held outside of Japan.
- Our employees who passed Level 2 will continue to work toward advancing to the Pre-Level 1 and Level 1 examinations, which assess more advanced modeling skills.
- Our company will continue to actively promote the "visualization" of employee skill development, while striving to cultivate professionals capable of handling more advanced BIM-related work.
