"Small Habits, Big Health" — Taking a New Step Toward Health-Conscious Management

Our company has officially launched its commitment to health-conscious management, designating employee health as a key management priority under the slogan "Small Habits, Big Health."
We have established a Health Promotion Committee with the direct participation of employee representatives and the General Manager. By building a foundation for proactive engagement by management, we will systematically and continuously promote health initiatives with the participation of all employees.
Since February of this year, we have introduced a smartphone-based health management app designed to encourage the development of everyday exercise habits, such as walking and rope skipping, conducting a trial run for all employees. Based on the results obtained through approximately one and a half months of trial operation, the Health Promotion Committee reviewed and improved the operational management, points system, and various rules, leading to the official launch on April 1st.
Employees accumulate points through their daily exercise logs and can exchange them for prizes, creating an environment where they can enjoy working toward better health. We place great importance on building a system that is easy to sustain and enjoyable, based on the belief that the accumulation of "small habits" leads to "big health."
Going forward, our plans extend beyond app utilization to include hosting in-house events such as walking events and employee sports events, as well as the regular distribution of health information related to diet, sleep, and mental health. We will continue to promote the creation of a workplace environment where employees can perform at their best in both physical and mental health.
We believe that enriching our efforts to support the health of each and every employee leads to greater vitality across the organization and sustainable corporate growth. We will continue to work together as one company toward the further advancement of health-conscious management.
