A Spring Season of Distinguished Visitors

With the arrival of spring in March, our company was privileged to host numerous distinguished visitors. These engagements with international partners proved invaluable for enhancing business collaborations and driving technological innovation.

From March 9 to 17, we welcomed two representatives from our Australian affiliate, Metricon Homes. Their visit formed part of an expanding technical training initiative for new business development—building upon an established program where three technical specialists have been providing expertise at our facility for over six months.

On March 11, we had the honor of hosting Mr. Hosoya, General Manager of Timber and Building Materials Business Division from our parent company Sumitomo Forestry, alongside Mr. Yamaguchi, General Manager of Sumitomo Forestry (Dalian) , and Mr. Chen, President of Fuqing Group—a leading enterprise in the Chinese timber industry. This productive exchange deepened mutual understanding of our respective strengths and opened avenues for future collaboration.

March 13 received delegations from two key business partners: Workplace China and Borderless Corporation. The discussions with Workplace China were particularly fruitful, focusing on quality enhancement and operational synergies in our ongoing partnership.

On March 23, four mid-career professionals from Sumitomo Forestry's Timber and Building Materials Business Division, accompanied by Mr. Yamaguchi from Sumitomo Forestry (Dalian), toured our facilities. Their visit fostered meaningful dialogue on operational systems and best practices.

Our final notable engagement occurred on March 26, when two executives from Henley Properties Group conducted a thorough review of outsourced operations. Their in-depth interactions with our local team yielded promising discussions on strengthening our strategic partnership.
