Strengthening Emergency Response Capabilities | Revamping Our Incident Reporting System
Time of issue:
2026-02-26
Our company implemented organizational restructuring effective January 1, 2026.
Our company has completed a comprehensive review of its incident reporting framework to ensure more prompt and effective responses when incidents occur.
The enhanced reporting structure clearly defines each stakeholder’s roles and responsibilities throughout the complete response cycle—from the initial recognition of an incident, through early reporting, preliminary countermeasures, root cause analysis, prevention of secondary impacts, implementation of solutions, to post-incident evaluation.
The company has established concrete criteria for incident reporting that encompasses not only major accidents affecting company operations but also everyday business risks, such as erroneous transmissions and delivery delays. This refinement enables more efficient and accurate information flow to executive management.
To ensure successful adoption of this new reporting framework, the company is currently conducting briefing sessions for managers and practical training at the departmental level. Beginning in March, regular training will be extended to all employees, enabling each staff member to seamlessly perform incident reporting.
In today’s evolving business landscape, the company recognizes that maintaining and updating a robust incident reporting system is a critical factor in reducing corporate risk. Through this enhanced framework, the organization aims to elevate company-wide crisis management awareness and improve its overall response capabilities.
