2026 First Emergency Drill Successfully Conducted
Time of issue:

On Sunday, July 12, our company successfully completed our first emergency drill for fiscal year 2026.
At 1:00 p.m. on the day of the drill, the Head of Management Department sent an emergency alert to all staff via the company’s dedicated internal communication chat group. The simulation scenario centered on a severe temperate low-pressure system making landfall in Dalian. Torrential rain and storm surges caused widespread road flooding and complete traffic disruption throughout the city. Secondary impacts included structural damage to multiple buildings, as well as power and telecommunications outages. Under this simulated disaster scenario, all employees were required to submit status updates confirming their personal safety and whether they were able to report to work. As in previous drills, a pre-designated group of staff submitted simulated status submissions indicating they were impacted and unsafe, while all remaining employees confirmed they were safe.
This drill reinforced for every team member the critical importance of timely status reporting during crises, while allowing staff to review and practice official reporting channels and protocols. The drill also highlighted a core priority: regularly updating our emergency contact database is the bedrock of fast, reliable internal communication when emergencies strike.
Our company will continue to host two emergency drills each fiscal year. We will develop corrective actions to address gaps uncovered during this drill, further bolster our emergency response system, and keep strengthening our organizational capacity to react quickly and appropriately to any unforeseen critical event.
