Welcoming a New Japanese Technical Expatriate: Further Enhancing Group Collaboration

On May 20th, we welcomed a new Japanese technical expatriate, who was seconded from Sumitomo Forestry Archi Techno to Sumitomo Forestry, and then re-seconded to our company.
This assignment is intended to further unify quality standards and improve work efficiency, aiming to deliver superior quality and consistent delivery schedules, as well as promote talent exchange within the Group. We hope he will serve as a bridge connecting our two companies and play an active role across a wide range of areas. We also hold high expectations for his development as a prospective management member.
On May 22nd, a welcome party was held with all 23 managers in attendance. Each manager shared their expertise and strengths to deepen mutual understanding. The whole team gave him a warm welcome. We also assured him of our full support for both his work and daily life as he makes this new start.
Going forward, we believe his active contributions and close communication with our colleagues will further strengthen mutual trust and partnership between the two companies, bringing mutual progress and fruitful results. We will continue to strive for the sustained development of the entire Group.
