On Thursday, December 23, 2021, we held a year-end party for 2021.

Considering the safety of employees due to the influence of COVID-19, this year's year-end party was different from the previous years, the performance report meeting, the award ceremony and the Bingo lottery activity were held in the office. The form of the dinner was a small-scale gathering of less than 10 people seated in one privacy room, which is recommended by the Dalian Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters.

At the performance report meeting, General Manager Shiro Hashizume made two inspiring reports. The first was the company's business performance. We have successfully achieved our 2021 budget target and an increase in sales for 9 consecutive years. The second was the introduction of our production, an online learning system called LMS (Learning Management System). The concept of LMS is [8], which means infinite development [∞], so the design of the entire system is based on the theme of the universe. This system is planned to be publicly launched for the first time on January 11, 2022, and will begin to be sold on the market in June.

The content of BAT (Basic Abilities Training) in LMS is produced by the employees of our Business Development Office with "love" for the next generation. It has about 150 lessons.

The concept of basic abilities of a social person in 100 years of life is proposed by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan. General Manager Shiro Hashizume hopes that all employees should never forget why we started and strengthen our basic abilities.

In addition, the company plans to test the basic social abilities of all employees in mid-to-late January. The results of the test can be used as a reference for managers and help strengthen communication with subordinates, and learning through LMS can continuously improve the basic abilities of social persons.

This year-end party has boosted morale and strengthened mutual understanding and communication among employees. Next, we will adopt a down-to-earth attitude and high spirit, never forget why we started, and open a new chapter in 2022!
