The company will begin its first emergency liaison training in October 2021.
As the Company is located in Dalian, China, where severe weather rarely occurs, there is a relative lack of experience in dealing with emergencies such as disasters. Although the company has established an emergency contact network, the effectiveness of the emergency contact network in an emergency and whether employees can report their own safety and danger in accordance with 5W2H has not been verified through the implementation of relevant training.
This time, we will take the rainstorm disaster as a hypothetical situation and implement emergency contact training according to the emergency contact network to confirm the safety situation of employees. The company hopes to find problems from this training and continue to improve, and plans to carry out this training regularly in the future.
In order to deal with disasters, incidents and accidents that may occur at any time, daily training is indispensable.
