On February 11th, the 2023 Dalian Spring Recruitment Conference was held at the Dalian World Expo Plaza. It is said to be the largest and most well-known recruitment fair in Liaoning Province.

The venue has five areas: major companies, small and medium enterprises, new graduates, migrant workers, and recruitment service agencies. According to reports from the event organizers, 33,000 job seekers gathered on the day of the event, and 500 companies provided more than 15,000 job offers. It seems that there are 2,386 job seekers who have received informal offers.

Our company participated for the purpose of recruiting human resources for architectural design, human resources, and sales. On the day of the event, 85 human resources will visit the booth, and through the first meeting at the venue, we plan to proceed to the next interview with about 45 human resources.

At this year's recruiting event, the Dalian government took the initiative to set up a dedicated booth for "live broadcasting" at the venue, and there was even a place where recruiting information was delivered live to job seekers who could not come to the site on the day. Recently, live video distribution and live distribution have become popular among the younger generation, so in order for our company to acquire good young human resources, we must take on various challenges in response to the changing times.
