From September 13th to September 22nd, a technician from an Australian home builder visited our company to conduct technical training for our employees.

The visiting builder is a subsidiary of Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd. and is an excellent residential builder in Australia, known for supplying high-quality homes through sustainable business models.

We have been entrusted with the task of supporting their residential design for over 15 years, and since the establishment of our Australian residential design support team, we have regularly received technical guidance from them.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, this was the first in-person technical guidance session in four years. Our team attended a comprehensive training conducted by the technician in English, where they gained valuable knowledge and improved their proficiency through interactive discussions and Q&A sessions. This will contribute to improving our work efficiency and accuracy in the future.

As part of our department's team-building activities, we invited the technician from the visiting builder to a barbecue held over the weekend. This provided an opportunity for lively communication between our employees and the technician, further deepening mutual understanding and trust.

We are grateful for the ongoing guidance from our customers and will continue to enhance our technical expertise to become the most "reliable" company.
