The social environment surrounding companies is undergoing significant changes due to the global economic uncertainty, digital transformation, and diversification of customer needs. In this rapidly changing environment, the ability to respond flexibly is essential. It is crucial for companies to nurture 'autonomous human resources' - individuals who do not merely wait for instructions from their superiors, but think, decide, and take initiative in their work and skill development.

Our company is committed to fostering an organizational environment that inspires employee autonomy, and we continuously strive to support this goal.As part of our efforts this year, our management department has established a system for making improvement proposals. This system, which began operating in February, aims to motivate employees and develop 'autonomous human resources'.

Employees are encouraged to set at least one improvement goal each month on their own, take into action. And at the end of each month, a strong emphasis is placed on the awareness of their ideas. Regardless of the outcomes, managers evaluate these efforts and provide encouragement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Within a short span of three months since its introduction, the initiative has become enthusiastic participation from our employees and has yielded a total of 16 proposals. These include 6 proposals each for enhancing information security and improving work efficiency, and one each for reducing expenses, improving the office environment, customer service, and employee communication. In addition, 5 proposals were immediately shared within the company or relevant departments and put into action.

We deem 'human resources' as a vital asset to our business, supporting our employees not only based on their results but also their initiative, critical thinking skills, and teamwork. This approach allows us to foster an environment where our employees feel encouraged to take into action.
