LMS learning management system officially launched

In 2021, the company's self-developed learning management system LMS(Learning Management System) will be launched in the company as scheduled on January 11!

The concept of LMS is [8], which means infinite [∞] development, and the design takes the vast universe as the theme. At present, LMS has uploaded 67 introductory courses of social basic ability training BAT(Basic Abilities Training), and it is expected that all about 150 courses will be uploaded by July.

In just 2 weeks since the system was launched, the employee visit rate has reached 100 percent. While actively learning BAT, employees also gave valuable opinions and feedback on the problems found in the learning process. The company is using these comments and feedback to optimize the LMS system.

I believe that with everyone's efforts, we can realize the commercialization of LMS in the near future.
