In September 2020, we established our corporate culture "iD Reading Culture" and established a reading committee to help employees develop reading habits. The Reading Committee held various reading culture events with the vision of "supporting growth and sharing the future."

The Reading Committee held events with themes such as parent-child education and travel diary, as well as the presentations of reading review sharing in 1 year and 8 months. Meanwhile, the employees actively participated in the Reading Culture Event held by the Reading Committee and posted a total of 573 reading reviews. Post rates have reached 24% from the initial 10%. About 30% of the employees have acquired good reading habits through the efforts of the Reading Committee. The Reading Committee's Reading Culture Event has achieved its original goals successfully.

The Reading Culture Event will end in April 2022, but the "iD Reading Culture" as part of the company culture will continue, and at the same time, the company will continue to provide a better reading environment with employees.

(At present, we have a collection of about 1200 books, and the books are in a wide range of fields such as literature, history, architecture, foreign languages, and computers. We plan to purchase more books every year according to the needs of our employees.)
