Since May, Dalian has required citizens to conduct regular nucleic acid tests once a week, and has set up 2300 nucleic acid detection points in the city. The detection point is set according to the standard of walking for 15 minutes and waiting in line for no more than 20 minutes. The nucleic acid test results can be queried through the mobile phone within 24 hours.
The implementation of nucleic acid testing is divided into men and women. Male citizens are targeted on Tuesday, female citizens are targeted on Thursday, and both men and women can be tested on Saturday. At other times, some testing and sampling points will be set up to meet the testing needs of returning personnel and re-mining personnel.
Men and women in each family are tested at different times, equivalent to twice a week in the same family. There are also comments that this method can be more effective for risk screening.
The passcode of the mobile phone of the person who has not been detected for more than 7 days will be assigned a "gray code"." "Grey Code" personnel will not be able to take public transport and get in and out of public places, which will affect their normal life.
During the period from May 17 to May 23, the results of the first examination of all citizens in Dalian were negative.
