ID reading cultural activities ended successfully

In order for employees to develop good reading habits and build a corporate culture of "iD reading culture", the company established a reading committee in the club in September 2020 and launched a series of reading activities with the vision of "helping growth and sharing the future.

During the one year and eight months of the activity, a total of 16 thoughts sharing activities and theme activities of parent-child education and travel diary were held. In the activity, all the staff actively participated in the activity. A total of 573 articles were submitted for reading thoughts, and the contribution rate also increased from the initial 10% to 24%. Through the efforts of the reading committee, nearly 30% of the employees have developed good reading habits, achieved the original goal set by the reading committee, and drew a successful conclusion to the activity.

Although iD reading cultural activities have ended in April 2022, the company will continue to provide a good reading environment for employees and work hard to help employees grow up!

(The company has a collection of nearly 1200 books, covering literature, history, architecture, foreign languages, computers and other fields. In the future, the company will continue to purchase new books according to the needs of employees.)
