At the end of August, affected by the increase in the number of people infected with the new crown epidemic, Dalian, where our company is located, adopted the first three weeks of silent management.

While fully considering the safety of employees and the business continuity of customers, our company has taken various countermeasures according to the BCP (Business Continuity Plan). Specifically, on the basis of strictly abiding by the relevant epidemic prevention policies of the municipal government, we have implemented a series of measures within the company, such as environmental disinfection, automatic temperature measurement in the room, and procurement of epidemic prevention materials. In addition, some employees are arranged to work at home, commute by shuttle bus, stay in hotels near the company, etc., and make various correspondences every day.

In the end, during the 3 weeks of silent management, there was no infection of employees or their families in our company. At the same time, with the strong assistance of customers, the entrusted business was not greatly affected. I believe that this experience of the whole company uniting to overcome difficulties will become the foundation of our growth in the future.

In addition, as the new BCP, we will target all entrusted businesses and, with the assistance of the IT department of Japan, plan to import the new system in November to realize the home office of all employees of the company.
