2023 Dalian Spring Job Fair Successfully Held

The "2023 Dalian Spring Job Fair" was held on February 11 at Dalian World Expo Plaza. The job fair is the largest and most well-known job fair in Liaoning Province.
On-site recruitment activities set up five recruitment areas, including key enterprises for major projects, small and medium-sized enterprises, college graduates, migrant workers, and human resource service agencies. According to reports from the organizers of the job fair, the conference attracted more than 33000 job seekers to negotiate on the same day, and nearly 500 companies provided more than 15000 job requirements. 7,528 people have initially reached employment intentions with enterprises, and 2,386 people are scheduled to take up jobs.
Our company plans to recruit outstanding talents in architectural design, human resources, sales and other positions in this job fair. A total of 85 job seekers came to apply for the job on the day of the conference. Through the preliminary interview on the spot, about 45 job seekers successfully entered the next stage of the interview.
At this year's job fair, the Dalian municipal government took the lead in setting up a special area for "live broadcast with posts" to provide recruitment positions in the form of live broadcast for job seekers who could not come to the scene on that day. In recent years, short videos, live broadcasts and other forms of broadcasting are very popular among young people. Therefore, our company must cater to the changes of the times and accept various challenges to attract more young forces to join.
