"Didi Taxi Enterprise Edition" Officially Introduced

In March this year, our company signed an enterprise contract with Didi Operation Company, the world's largest transportation platform, and officially introduced Didi Taxi Enterprise Edition. The purpose of this introduction is to reduce the time cost of employees who use taxis and those responsible for expense reimbursement, and to shift more energy to the core business.

 

The expense reimbursement process before import is for employees who travel or work overtime to take a taxi, first pay the taxi fare, receive the taxi invoice, then paste it on the designated form, fill in the reason for using the car, and submit it to the boss for approval. Next, the person in charge of general affairs personnel will check the landing place and date of use on the taxi invoice submitted by the employee, and then the person in charge of finance will transfer the expenses to the employee's account according to the application.

 

When the business is busy, the number of employees who work overtime to take a taxi will also increase, and it will take a considerable amount of time to check the cost of working overtime to take a taxi. In order to improve work efficiency and workflow, the company began to discuss the import of Didi Enterprise Edition last year.

 

After importing, the company can set the range of rides, the estimated taxi amount, etc. in advance on the system, and deposit the fees in the company's account. When employees go on business trips and take taxis overtime, they do not need to apply for reimbursement but deduct fees directly from the company's account. At the end of the month, the company can export the taxi details from the system and issue invoices directly after the contents are confirmed to be correct. The introduction of the system not only reduces the cost of reimbursement time, but also realizes the data and visualization of the taxi situation.
