We will be conducting professional training for new employees, focusing on the necessary knowledge and skills required for their roles. Previously, we used to organize group training sessions where our experienced staff acted as instructors, and new employees gathered in a training room to learn.

 

In February of this year, the Housing Design Department began considering an instructional video format for training on Housing basic knowledge. We then tasked the General Solution Department with creating video materials specifically for new employee training.

 

Upon receiving the assignment, the General Solution Department promptly prepared a proposal and cost estimation, submitting them to the Housing Design Department. After evaluating the cost-effectiveness, the Housing Design Department engaged in interdepartmental discussions, resulting in a successful execution of the project.

 

Over a period of nearly two months, the video materials were completed and integrated into our company's Learning Management System (LMS). The instructional content is divided into four courses: basic knowledge of design, building methods, building materials, related Japanese words.

 

There are a total of 58 video lessons, with each video lasting approximately five minutes. To assess the comprehension of the learning material, we have included multiple-choice "quizzes" after each video, as well as a comprehensive test upon completion of one course, allowing us to monitor employee understanding.

 

In May, we utilized these video materials for the first time with the new batch of employees. According to the department manager, the implementation of video materials has significantly reduced the workload of employees who previously conducted group training sessions, thereby improving overall work efficiency. Additionally, this approach enables each new employee to learn at their own pace, enhancing the efficiency of our training program.

 

We believe that continuously refining our training contents, training methods, and training system, with a focus on our valuable human resources, will contribute to maintaining and improving the quality of services we provide to our customers.
