Since December 6, nearly 20 outstanding employees have been divided into two groups and have gone to Japan for overseas training. This is the first overseas training for outstanding employees in three years since the end of the pandemic. During the epidemic, we carried out training focusing on domestic scenic buildings.

The general manager of our company, Qiao Paw Shilang, made a pre-departure speech to the outstanding employees, saying that everyone should "say hello, express gratitude in time, and keep smiling". With the entrustment of the general manager, the outstanding employees embarked on a week-long overseas training journey.

As an excellent employee who went to Japan, how do you feel about this training?

Ginger Staff:

It has been 4 years since I joined the company. In the past, I just looked at the drawings and imagined what a wooden house would look like, but this time I actually saw a single-family wooden house. Through this training, I was able to enrich my work-related architectural knowledge and learn a lot about Japanese culture, which allowed me to improve the details and quality of my work in my subsequent work.

This is the second time I have been to Japan for training as an excellent employee. I was able to visit the exhibition hall of the main shrine, historical Japanese buildings such as Kiyomizudera Temple and Todaiji Temple, and I was able to see the cityscape such as Shinsaibashi. I was impressed by the unique charm and beauty of the pure Japanese architecture, as well as the attention to detail and detail that the Japanese people have taken to detail.

This is my first time going to Japan. I was struck by the humility and politeness that is engraved in the body of the Japanese people. In Japan, rules are maintained by the self-control of individuals. Now that I'm working in Japan, I want to learn more about the country and learn from its strengths.
