Our company was established in September 2005, and this year marks our 19th anniversary. Since its establishment, the General Manager has been appointed by the parent company Sumitomo Forestry as a resident in Dalian, China. With the organizational change effective from January 1, 2024, we have appointed a local employee, achieving the localization of management for the first time.

 

Considering this significant milestone, we conducted interviews with Chairman Hashizume and the newly appointed General Manager, Ms. Song.

 

Below are excerpts from the interviews with the Chairman and the General Manager:

Question                 :

Chairman, please share your expectations for the realization of the localization of our company's management.

Chairman                :

The localization of management is a part of building a structure in which employees are motivated and committed to the company. With the localization of the General Manager, we are able to create our "ideal image". In the future, under the leadership of General Manager Song, we expect all employees to unite and work together for further growth and development of the company.

Question                 :

Upon assuming the role of General Manager, please share your thoughts and aspirations for the future.

General Manager    :

I joined the company at its inception and have grown alongside it. My appointment as General Manager reflects the expectations for me and the distinctive development of Dalian ITS. I am determined to work wholeheartedly.Specifically, I aim to maximize the company's value by possessing quick decision-making and flexible adaptability in the rapidly changing business environment, constructing new business models, and exploring technology.

   

Additionally, I will prioritize continuous improvement and innovating to build trust with customers, contribute to their businesses, and focus on the growth and happiness of employees, as well as the development of the next generation.

   

Finally, I will continue the former General Manager's management policy and always strive to achieve the company's vision of being "the most reliable company", challenging various tasks and working together as one to achieve sustainable growth.
