Visit from Headquarters HR Department | Strengthening Support for Overseas Expatriate Employees

From Monday, July 21st, we welcomed a 3-day visit from the Human Resources Department of our Japan headquarters. The main purpose of this visit was to gain a detailed understanding of the work and living environments of Japanese expatriate employees working at our company, in order to further strengthen the support system for overseas expatriate employees going forward.

 

During the visit, two HR representatives (including from SBS*) came to our company and carried out various activities. First, they conducted individual interviews with Japanese expatriate employees, carefully listening to work-related issues and areas for improvement.

 

Additionally, with the cooperation of some expatriates, they conducted on-site observations of actual living conditions, as well as life infrastructure in Dalian such as hospitals and supermarkets, to evaluate the living environment of expatriates from multiple angles.

 

Through this visit, it seems the headquarters HR department had an opportunity to gain direct understanding of our company's work environment and expatriates' living situations.

 

As a company, we will continue to strengthen coordination with Japan headquarters and work on enhancing support systems for Japanese expatriates and improving the work environment to make it more comfortable.
