Our company's Board of Supervisors Meeting Was Held

For two days starting from Tuesday, August 19, our company held the second Board of Supervisors audit and meeting for the fiscal year 2025.
The Board of Supervisors was established in July of this year based on Chinese company law, and this was the first face-to-face audit. Two supervisors visited from Japan, and together with one employee supervisor, they conducted a comprehensive audit of the company's status from various perspectives, including business inspections, interviews with management, and verification of financial document storage.
At the second Board of Supervisors meeting held the following day, the management provided detailed reports on a wide range of areas addressed in the first half of 2025, including safety and health, workplace accident prevention, compliance, work style reforms, performance management, and business expansion. The supervisors conducted thorough inquiries and engaged in active discussions with management through constructive questions and confirmations.
Through this Board of Supervisors audit, our company is committed to further strengthening internal controls and improving operations for sustainable growth as a unified organization.
