Audit on Operations and Information Protection Conducted by Group Company

Our company underwent an operational audit by Home Express Structure Design (hereinafter referred to as Home EXP), one of our group companies, for two days from September 11 to 12.
Home EXP is an innovative company that provides reform in "cost and time" for housing construction by digitizing design work to solve challenges faced by Japanese builders.
During this audit, three representatives led by the president of Home EXP visited from Japan and conducted a detailed audit on our information handling procedures, internal management system development, and compliance with laws including the Personal Information Protection Act.
Our company obtained ISO27001 certification in March 2020 and has been working to strengthen information security, including personal information protection, on a daily basis. This audit provided a valuable opportunity for objective evaluation of our current initiatives. As a result of the audit, we received an assessment that overall, appropriate management systems are in place.
Moving forward, we will continue to utilize the insights gained from this audit to protect our customers' important information and further strengthen our operational systems and relationships with our customers.
