Continuing its long-standing commitment to employing individuals with disabilities, our company is set to participate in a job fair on September 23rd. Hosted by the Dalian City Association of Persons with Physical Disabilities, this initiative stands as a testament to the company's pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) principle: "Leave no one behind."

This active participation in fostering employment opportunities not only enhances the individual lives of disabled persons but also stimulates the local economy. Moreover, it contributes to societal welfare on a broader scale and propels the achievement of the SDGs.

Our parent organization, Sumitomo Forestry Group, firmly integrates the DEI Declaration – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – into the core of its business development strategy. This comprehensive approach to diversity encompasses gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, race, birthplace, religion, creed, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity, and extends to work style, career path, and personal values. Our company strives to establish an equitable environment where every individual can reach their full potential.

As it continues to champion the cause of equal employment opportunities for all, regardless of disability status, our company remains dedicated to creating new value and driving innovation. With the ongoing promotion of DEI and the implementation of SDGs initiatives, our company reaffirms its commitment to contributing to the local community.
