2025 Year-End Celebration | Moving Towards the Future Under the New BPS⁵ Strategic Direction

On Friday, December 19, our company held a year-end celebration to conclude the fiscal year 2025.

 

During this event, our general manager and department managers reported on the company's performance for 2025 in the business review meeting. At the beginning, the general manager expressed sincere gratitude on behalf of the management team for all employees' dedication and efforts over the past year. Despite various environmental changes in 2025, it was a year in which employees united to strive toward achieving the company's goals.

 

Additionally, at the 20th anniversary ceremony held in June this year, Mr. Mitsuyoshi, the president of our parent company Sumitomo Forestry, offered great encouragement and expressed expectations for growth beyond the BPO framework. In response to these expectations, our company has launched a new strategic direction: "Evolution from BPO to BPS⁵." Taking the opportunity of our 20th anniversary, we have articulated our "desired state" through S⁵, ensuring it permeates to each employee and strongly appeals to our customers.

 

BPS⁵ stands for "Business Process × S⁵," representing our strategic shift to evolve beyond BPO and become a true business partner. The five S's refer to five core values: SERVICE (customer-centric), SHARING (co-creation and sharing), SOLUTIONS (problem-solving), STRATEGY (strategic partnership), and STRUCTURE (specialized organization with a tree structure). Through these values, we aim to realize our corporate vision of becoming "the most reliable company."

 

Looking ahead to 2026, our general manager introduced several strategic projects aimed at sustainable development of the company and improving employee welfare. These projects span various areas including quality improvement, human resource development, and operational efficiency, all designed to strengthen the foundation for future growth.

 

At the awards ceremony, employees who achieved outstanding results across various fields were recognized, acknowledging their significant contributions to the company's development. Words of encouragement were also shared, motivating all employees to continue improving in the new year.

 

The networking reception featured various performances and prize drawings that fostered interaction beyond departments and generations, greatly enhancing the atmosphere of the venue.

 

As 2026 approaches, each employee will realize further growth by being conscious of and acting in accordance with this "BPS⁵" concept.
